Bobby-Owner is one of the most honest movers I've ever worked with. He is determined to educate the customer on what to expect from a move and warn them of some of the problem areas that some movers will not tell you about. I highly recommend this company based on their integrity, price, service, and customer care.

This company takes the time to review all details before the move. They have been doing it for over 25 years and have an excellent rating with the Houston BBB. There are no hidden charges and the company covers all aspects of the move so there exists no surprises. I put all my trust in this company and would highly recommend!!!!!

One of my best friends used this company in Dec. 2007. Her furniture arrived with many places of black and red stains on the sofa and love seat! Items were broken and on the bookcases and cabinetry-they did NOT remove the shelves before the move! The pieces ended up with scratches and dents and paint scratched off like crazy...and missing pieces to keep the shelves in place! It has been over a month and she still hasn't even been able to get them to send a claim form! Not to mention--they charged her 4 times the quoted amount!!

We did respond in a timely manner. We talked to the shipper numerous times in regard to the claims. On two occasions the shipper was forwarded claim forms - one to the old address and one to the new address. Upon receiving the claim from the shipper, we responded immediately. We have no issue with repairing the shelving unit that was damaged. We are at issue with the stains on the sofa and chaise lounge (not a love seat) as they were completely covered by the shipper with large sheets prior to moving them and we were told by the shipper not to remove them during the move. We were, therefore, unable to inspect them prior to, or after, moving them. We did not charge the shipper four times the quoted amount as stated.

This was something I never thought I would see in the service industry. They showed up(on time), mover everything (no damage) and the price was LESS that I was told it would be!!! How many times has that happened? Great job and thank you so much!
